Yes it’s childish, but Most Farted is technically clever, and the most viral thing I’ve created.
Most Farted was featured on Channel 4’s Rude Tube Mashed ‘n’ Mixed episode in 2011, having already reached over 1 million views (adding up all 4 episodes and the pirated uploads).
Technically this involved a lot of picking out phrases that could easily be misinterpreted in the wrong context, and some audio editing, not only to insert the fart noises, but also to have the presenters say words they didn’t actually say.
Inspiration came from The Farting Preacher, a series of videos created by Zach N. in which fart noises were inserted into the audio of videos of a preacher speaking to camera.
